Respect the property

Accurate descriptions
Describe your property honestly and completely. Photos should accurately reflect the current condition.
Warm welcome
Be available to welcome your travelers and answer their questions. Make their arrival and stay easier.
Clean and safe property
Ensure your property is clean, safe and matches your description before each arrival.
Honor your bookings
Do not cancel confirmed bookings except in emergencies. Frequent cancellations harm the community.
Prohibited Behaviors
- Discrimination : Any discriminatory behavior based on race, origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment : Any threatening, intimidating or abusive behavior towards a community member.
- Fraud : False information, fake reviews, scam attempts or off-platform payments.
- Illegal activities : Use of the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
- Intentional damage : Willful destruction or degradation of a property or its equipment.
- Privacy violation : Installation of hidden cameras, sharing personal information without consent.
Consequences of Violations
Violation of these rules may result in:

- • Temporary suspension of your account
- • Permanent deletion of your account
- • Legal proceedings in serious cases
